A quick one.

Check the system date & time and reset it to current date & time.

You should be able to activate your Windows XP.

Message number: 32777 when try to perform Windows Activation via internet

Full message :

Unable to establish a connection with the activation server. Please check your network settings and confirm that you are able to connect to the internet, then try again.

Message number: 32777

This was the issue for me as well. Activation wouln’t let me into Windows, but the BIOS time was set to June of 2005. Changing the BIOS to todays date resolved it.
