Download hijackthis at merijn.org.
Scan it and remove the following 2 lines.
1. R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Window Title = Hacked by Spiderman 2007-June-10)
2. R3 - URLSearchHook: xxxxxx
Use Bitdefender Internet Security 2008 to scan it thoroughly. Get a 30days trial here.
